Catherine von Goldenbaum (Japanese: ) was the 38th and final ruler of the Goldenbaum Dynasty, and the Galactic Empire's first Kaiserin. She was given the position by Prime Minister Reinhard von Lohengramm following the abduction of the 37th Kaiser, the seven-year-old Kaiser Erwin Joseph II.
At the time of her ascension to the throne, Catherine von Goldenbaum was only 8 months old. She was to hold the crown for the final days of the first FPA-Imperial War, which saw Reinhart claiming a decisive victory over the Alliance, and the signing of the Treaty of Barlat in his favour. Only a month after, her regent signed the abdication on her behalf, and succeeded by Reinhart, putting an end to nearly five centuries of Goldenbaum rule in the Galactic Empire.
