Kosel (Japanese: コーザル) was a battle experienced Imperial admiral of commoner background who worked in the Ministry of Intelligence. He was responsible for leading the investigation into the intelligence leaks from the Imperial Fleet, and Imperial Vice Admiral Christopf von Michaelsen was a suspect. He had planned to investigate more deeply using former colleagues and contacts of Michaelsen, such as Christopf von Köfenhiller, upon his return from the Second Battle of Tiamat. However he was killed in action during the Second Battle of Tiamat at 18:37, 11 December 745 UC (436 IC / 3545 CE), and Christopf von Köfenhiller was captured, so this plan never proceeded further.
