Arthur von Streit (Japanese: アルツール・フォン・シュトライト) was an Imperial vice admiral who served as a security advisor to Duke Otho von Braunschweig and later as adjutant to Kaiser Reinhard.

Biography
He was serving as an aide to Imperial Duke Otto von Braunschweig since at least January 796 UC (487 IC / 3596 CE). (Overture to a New War)
Streit was present at the Braunschweig estate during Marquis Klopstock's unsuccessful assassination attempt on Kaiser Friedrich IV. After the explosion, he interviewed the survivors, including Reinhard von Lohengramm, and investigated the source of the explosion. (LOGH: 'The Klopstock Incident')
He suggested assassinating Reinhard von Lohengramm to Braunschweig during the political tensions prior to the Imperial Civil War. After Captain Anton Ferner's failed attempt to assassinate Reinhard on the night of 6 April 797 UC (488 IC / 3597 CE), Streit surrendered to Reinhard and entered retirement. He had become disillusioned with Braunschweig, but refused the young Fleet Admiral's offer of joining his staff at that time. (LOGH: 'The Lippstadt Conspiracy')
Streit later re-entered the service as a senior adjutant to Reinhard von Lohengramm and would continue assisting him after he became the kaiser of the New Galactic Empire. Reinhard considered Streit to be talented and thought that his skills would be wasted if he was not allowed to serve him. The other admirals viewed it as a controversial decision due to Streit's former loyalty to Braunschweig and the nobles, but Oskar von Reuenthal believed it was a political move of showing that even a former retainer of Reinhard's main enemy bent the knee to him. In his role as Reinhard's adjutant Vice Admiral Streit was present at his side during Operation Ragnarök, the Battle of Vermillion, the assassination attempt by Baron Heinrich von Kümmel, and during Oskar von Reuenthal's rebellion.
